Part of his success is groundbreaking private market sales with social media advertisements. As a result of his 2017 performance Nick was awarded the International Presidents Circle designation as one the top associates world wide. Nick specializes in selling residential & commercial investment properties, historic homes, luxury condominiums and Florida relocation.
Prior to his career in real estate Nick worked in the professional tennis industry at some of the most premier clubs in the nation such as the Fisher Island Tennis Club in Miami FL, where he trained professional athletes, top executives and A list celebrities. Nick owns a condo in Dupont circle and has an undergraduate degree in political science from UMBC. Nick is licensed in DC, MD, VA and FL.
